L’objectif était de démontrer la capacité unique de Pomerleau à intégrer tous les acteurs d’un projet dans une collaboration efficace, respectueuse de l’environnement et centrée sur la qualité et la sécurité. Il fallait donc présenter la plateforme PMIS qui permet justement de centraliser l’information et assurer la réussite des projets de construction.

We created an animation that details Pomerleau’s project management methodology. The story follows the evolution of a Pomerleau team, from design to delivery of a project, emphasizing the importance of their project management ecosystem and the centralized PMIS platform.

Les croquis préliminaires capturent l’essence de l’environnement de travail chez Pomerleau, montrant des scènes de collaboration en action, des interactions entre les départements et l’utilisation de l’outil de gestion PMIS.
Storyboard
Le storyboard retrace le parcours d’un projet de construction, soulignant les étapes clés, les défis et les solutions apportées par l’équipe Pomerleau, avec un accent particulier sur l’interaction entre les différents départements avec l’interface PMIS.

Textures
The textures chosen for the video are clean and modern, reflecting Pomerleau’s professionalism and technological advancement in the construction industry.
Illustrations
We created scenes in a colorful digital illustration with a flat design style depicting a construction site scenes. The design is characterized by the use of simple shapes and a clear separation between elements. We made sure to create a diversity in characters, respecting what Pomerleau stands for.
